About
Katie Alexander | Psychotherapist BA (Hons)
With 20 years of experience, including roles at leading Private Schools Guildford High School and Tormead, I have specialized in working with adolescents and younger children for the past 15 years. I’ve witnessed the unique challenges young people face, such as academic pressure, social media influence, and mental health struggles. My approach focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, and I use empathy and solution-focused strategies to help them build confidence and resilience in overcoming challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, and self-esteem issues.
